All “Clearance” item and “Last One” item sales are final and not eligible for our 14 day return policy guarantee.
You can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, you must complete a Return Authorization Form on our website or in the store within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Free Return delivery pickup by our truck applies only to orders inside the PHOENIX METO AREA. It does not apply to orders that were picked up from one of our stores or warehouse by the customer. Any product damage or any defect that is not covered by the manufacturers warranty must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item in order to qualify for a replacement or repair.
Online orders are considered "Special Orders" unless they are on showroom floor. Our return policy does not apply to special orders without management approval at time of purchase. Please confirm return eligibility with Sales Manager before finalizing purchase.

After the purchased returned merchandise has returned to the Kerby’s Furniture Store and has been inspected and is in the same condition as it was when delivered, a full refund will be issued in the form of a check for merchandise that was paid for with check or cash. Or if paid for with a credit card refund will be issued to your credit card. Credits or checks will be issued within 48 hours of inspection. If item was paid for by check this refund will not be issued any sooner that 10 days after your check was given to Kerby’s Furniture.
Financing: Any merchandise that was paid for with financing will have a 15% processing fee accessed. There is no refund for application fees for financed customers.
A full refund for the product purchased will be issued for non-damaged items returned to either Kerby’s Furniture location in its original packaging.
Non Delivered items: A $150 charge will be issued for refusal of delivery or if the homeowner is not at home at appointed delivery time.
Mattresses and Foundations are not returnable for a refund if the packaging has been opened in any way.
Returns over $3,000 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the quantity of returned items is more than 4 items and /or the refund exceeds $3,000.
